Fresh Salt Bread (aka Butterholes).
Baked in small batches.
Our take on Korean salt bread — baked fresh in Trumbull, CT.

Korean Salt Bread ('sogeum ppang' 소금빵 or Japanese 'shio pan')
Butter melts against the pan to make the bottoms crispy, while the middle stays soft and fluffy, creating a signature "butterhole." Finished with flaky sea salt. Baked fresh in small batches, best enjoyed warm.
Dip it, stuff it, or enjoy it bare! Can be sweet or savory.
A small bakery obsessed with one thing.
Every tray is hand-shaped and baked to order. When they're gone, they're gone.
A knob of butter is tucked inside each roll, then brushed on top after it melts, finished with flaky sea salt.
