- Sogeum ppang (소금빵) is Korean salt bread, inspired by Japanese shio pan. Butter melts against the pan to give it a signature crispy bottom and 'butterhole' inside, leaving a pillowy, soft inside.
- How should I reheat it?
- Best served warm. Oven: 350°F for 2-3 minutes. Air fryer: 350°F for 2–3 minutes, upside down, to crisp up the bottom.
- How long does it stay fresh?
- Salt bread is best eaten the day-of. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze in an airtight bag for up to 2 months and reheat.

- All Butterhole products contain wheat, dairy, and eggs, and are made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, seeds, and other potential allergens.
